  1. Good day again, fellow captains, and again I'm back with a new season of the league. Rules are the same as last season as I figured they worked well. Each Walküre I could reasonably pin a team in a national league to, gets a place on the two tables. No one dropped out for that reason. If I could've attached more than one team I chose reasonably among the possible ones. (*still sighs at Moskva*) I will update ideally once a week (usually after Bundesliga matchdays. Yes, Bias.). Pointing is according to matchday outcome. A win gets 3 points, a draw 1 point and a loss 0. In case of equal points I will weigh in the strength of the league and if same league the actual position on the actual table. At the end of the season (I'm thinking 31st of June atm) I bring all teams up to 38. This reflects a "normal" season in worldly football and it has been proven that even this might be a bit challenging for some teams to accomplish. Teams with fewer than the quota of matches will get their missing matches filled up with the average points of their last 10 matches. This also means, teams with less than 10 matches I could find will be eliminated at the end of the season. Worst three of table one relegate to table 2 and the top three of table 2 get promoted to table 1. The first four teams I might add through new Walkürenoffenbarungen (Belle reveals) get added to INPF 2. Every other team which gets added lands on table 3. And then the league expands. INPF3 would launch after 5 teams are on it. If it maxes out, there will be a reserve pool and a relegation mechanism from 3rd division. I copied over the team entries from season 2. Applications for missed teams only via discord. Ships in Shiros magnificent list are eligible as well as newly confirmed ones, since Shiro seems a bit busy and can't update. No big changes except a bunch of new contenders, revealed by interviews (HMS Edinburgh) and that one big Update 197, New Year 2021 video, which gave us a handful of new ones. Who made it into the league? Look below to find out! Seriously: If you miss anyone, tell me below. I'm losing a bit of oversight. Belfast rule: I will count both men and women results as both teams play very little matches, but together it should be fine. Green on the INPF 1 table is champion, red is relegation. Green on the INPF 2 table is promotion, red means eliminated after season start. In both leagues blue teams have ended the season by reaching the respective match limit. Yellow teams are dormant for the time being. INPF 1: INPF 2: INPF 3:
  2. As long as the VB-beta channel on the discord does not get deleted, there's hope. Oh yes, new Belle. Personally I rule out a Soviet Belle. The written(!) accent woudl've been different probably. Or was there a famous comrade on an intelligence mission in the Imperialistic Bourgeouis center of the world at that time? So IF we stick to HMSs I would call shots on London and Glasgow. London would be funny to not be a snobbish, high and mighty Belle, but a workin' lass. Also the Communist Manifesto was published in London and the Communist Party of Great Britain (but not Northern Ireland!) was founded there. Glasgow would be the Haggis, being protective of Eddie and the CPGB won their only seat outside of Londinium. BUT if you want to go really deep down the rabbit hole: It's Z10 *laughs evil German spy laugh* And she kidnapped Eddie and will lure the Allied Belles into traps right until beta! Also: Boo! First you establish can't write long words properly. But all words as long or longer than the reference word "interwie" were spelled correctly, if I'm not mistaken.
  3. What did he call her? Croatian? And the height of a Belle seems determined by the rum consumed by the editor in chief when deciding on the matter. Or other random things. Like dice rolls.
  4. On the Belles of S.M.S. Oldenburg and Admiral Scheer:
  5. I honestly thought she was talking about Salvador Dali. Not Picasso.
  6. This is a much too short video about L 56, a Zeppelin which survived WW1. Really interesting is the mentioning of the end of it. After the scuttling of the HSF in Scapa, the ground personnell of all Zeppelins still in Germany decided to destroy the Zeppelins in their care. This was not for any reason which might be connected to the HSF motivations, but they did not want the new German Republic to be able to use them. But the idea came from the scuttling.
  7. That was a refreshing update. Dolphins, nudity, sprezzatura! I really liked it. And commanding angeloi makes you the head of a logistics company. Now could we please get to the beta?
  8. What's Achilles problem with Ephialtes of Athens? Interesting. Maybe she can be swayed to our side quite easily.
  9. Finale, oho! I hope y'all had a very nice CANADA DAY! Because today the 2nd INPF season comes to a close. Direct matches: Wichita 0-1 Houston Kumano 3-2 Kongou INPF 1: As first on foremost yankii Belle, Lady Lex starts the grand finale. She has 3 proper matches of which she manages to win two and fills her last square with a proper 2,2. This gets her to 67,2 points total and ahead on Moskva on 6th place. Algerié gets 4 points out of her last 3 matches and ends tied with Tenryuu. And with all that done, we enter the lowest region of the table, where 7 teams total have no hope of properly ending this season and they all hope for a decent modificator to wreack some havoc. Augusta ends weak. She only gets a 1,3 point mod for her last 3 matches and come to a total of 45,9points, just enoudh to secure a spot in front of Lady Hood. Arizona has an average finish with 7/12 points. But she has 12 matches to fill. But she can fill each of it with 1,6 points. And that MAKES a difference. She also ends in front of Moskva, ever so slightly with 0,2 points ahead. Wichita with 10 matches to go, she fills 4 of those under her own steam with a total blow. She ends with 0/12 points. This deals a hefty blow to her modifier. She only gets 0,3 points for the remaining 6 matches and only manages to scrape together 39,8 points total. Kongou manages to actually lose on the last match day against her direct opponent Kumano. But with getting 7 points from the other three matches, her modifier cobbles together a very respectable 1,8 points for her remaining 11 matches and she even surpasses Tenryuu with 63,8 points total. Kumano the Kongou slayerette herself starts her race from behind from the first of the dreaded relegation places. And aces the day! 9/9 points boosts her modificator to an impressive 2,4 and she has 11 matches as well to fill with it. This shoots her even past last seasons champion Leningrad! Houston kicks Wichita in the bin and relies heavily on her modificator. But she had a fair run (6/9 this matchday, stealing 3 from Wichita) and she gets a fair average 1,5 points for a total of 23 matches each. This leaves her behind Kongou, but in front of even Tenryuu. Salt Lake City from the depths of the last place and only 11 matches, one more than needed to not get auto-relegated prior to this matchday, SLC comes, plays and gets 4/9 points under her own steam. But this also means her modificator is 1,6. More than Houston. And she has even more matches to fill with it. So she safely arrives in front of Verdun, but her points gap to Houston was to great to close it with that little advantage. But it also means: Champion is Conte di Cavour! Relegated Belles are: Augusta, Hood - direct re-relegation- and Wichita INPF 2: Only Saguenay was running here in solitude and she actually NEEDS a modifier for her last match. The only New World Belle with less than 3 matches this matchday. On her own she only scores 2/6 points getting her on par with Bearn. But counting in her modifier she ends up between Kaga and Gneisenau, deep in midfield. Promotions go out to Exeter, Parishkaya Kommuna and Kitakami
  10. A sudden Gneisenau appears! Oftentimes the last thing a Morgana sees before getting blown to pieces. Her story is about her rearmament? *Kriegsmarinegasms lightly* Also curse your sudden, inevitable and foreseeable cheating, Wich of the west!

  12. Ten minute video about the 2cm Flak of the second U1.
  13. The season slowly comes to an end. Most Belles are now done and the rest gets until June 30th. Direct matches: Houston 1-1 Wichita INPF 1: Contes season is over and thus she comes to 32 regular matches, ending with a 12/12 matchday. Since she lost only one of her last 10 matches, she gets 2,7 points for her remaining 4 matches. Bringing her to a total of 103,2 points, thus basically winning the league! The next two finishing, exactly with 38 matches are Leni and Moskva. Both score 4 points in 2 matches and that's enough for Leni to overtake Chiyoda, who's done already. With Algerie the first Belle who has a still ongoing season comes up. She has a bad run with only 2/12 points. Hopefully her remaining three matches will be better. Of the US ladies, Lady Lex starts off with a very good 10/15 matchday, sjooting herself straight past Verdun, Algerie and Tenryuu, who she overtakes on match ratio. Wichitas ladies only manage to score 2/12 points, enough for Augusta to pass by with 6/12, but not for Kumano who stays one point behind after also scoring 6/12 points. The lower regions and the fight against relegation start with Arizona, who doesn't feel comfortable with this situation and shoots past Wichita with a nice 9/12 matchday. Her strongest so far. Kongous ladies also get her boiler going and she gets equal with Kumano, who now, despite her passable result is suddenly back in the midst of the relegation fight. Now, who thought, Perth would be a hopeless case..... she goes beserk in her final run. For her final matchday she makes kickass 15/24 point booty. This earns her a nice 1,6 mod for her last 6 matches and brings her up to solid 46,2 points and maybe safety? Houston make a 4/12 matchday, but with only 12 matches at this point she can only hope for a few good matches to push her modificator. Same goes for SL City. Who gets only 3/12. But at least now both have the minimum of 10 matches each. INPF 2: Kitakami scores 3 points on her last matchday, making her join the promotion squad as third. Aoba wins her last match and climbs past Pola and Scharnhorst. Saguenay makes 6 points in 5 matches, losing against Augusta among others, blowing her theoretical chance for promotion. She's now only in for the honour of climbing even higher. Also she's now the last active Belle of INPF 2.
  14. Oh dear, with those two in the fleet, who needs Morganas?
  15. If Baleares wasn't dead already, she would die after this of boiler explosion.
  16. I wouldn't mind having such mystery stories in the game in some capacity. Could be fun. Excellent solution to the yankii torpedo crisis: Ban torpedos for yankii Belles! There, problem solved. Beta can be announced next update. What else?
  17. St. Francisco? Really? Not San Francisco? Anyways, the best Spanish Francisco drew my current avatar. And he explicitly insists he's no "San". And i shamelessly make a hard turn into the dev-corner form here. Because as long as we have no beta, this will be my avatar. Only if the open beta starts, so anyone can enjoy, I'll change it (back). So reading velo 46 is encouraging. Can't wait for KS-beta to start. Go team, go! And yeah, mysterious hint at mysterious London-class ship.
  18. Hm, another Walküre with a love for something nuty to snack. And I will point out I know how to waltz on German silver level. So for everyone under 20: Mad skillz, for everyone properly knowing how to waltz: not embarrassing. Also very cool video @Nel Celestine 07
  19. Direct Matches: Salt Lake City 3-1 Wichita INPF 1: Admiral Graf Spee had only four matches left and by now played all of them. But instead of overtaking Belfast, she stumbles hard and comes home with only 5/12 points. So her final score is "only" 77 and Belfast can keep dreaming of the championship a bit. But only until Conte di Cavour closes in. Conte gets 6 points in her two matches and can't overtake AGS yet, but she has still 10 matches to go. Further down the table, Moskva has a matchday she'd rather wants to forget. Two matches, zero points, easy pray for Leni, who scores two victories in her two matches and not only overtakes Moskva in the INPF, but also wins the Russian championship 2020/21. Both have two matches to go, in the INPF as well as in the Russian league. Tenryuu on the other hand fails to sack Moskva as she only scores 3 points in her last to matches and is now done. And so is Verdun who ends with a loss. Algerie sees this and gets immediately past verdun with an uncommon 9/9 matchday, but even with her 7 matches in reserve, she won'tplay a role in the championship fight. But with Hood, LMP and Verdun behind her, she's already safe from relegation. The yankii bunch starts with Lady Lex, who cashes in 2 more victories and keeps steaming upwards. Our current host Wichita is rather mediocre and only gets 1/6 today. lucky for her, Augusta also disappoints with only 4/12 points and stays behind her. Kongou brings home only one point, but only had one match. Arizona on the other hand had 4 matches and brings home only 3 points. Still enough to overtake Kongou on matches. Kumano continues her small miracle streak of wins and thus overtakes Arizona and Kongou with 6/6 points. Which brings us to the danger relegation zone. While Perth continues a weak season, Houston and SLC make good points and only just got started with both having less than 10 matches. INPF 2: The 2 nd division sees fewer action as most teams are already done, but Kitakami starts the fray with a win, securing her possible promotion a bit better. And it was well needed, since Nürnberg ends on a win streak and on par with Canarias on points on a shared 4th place. Then we're already at current position 14, but Aoba changes this with might an 10/12 points! Only one match left and she establishes herself at least in the upper midfield. Not wuite expactable after her abyssimal season start. At the actual table bottom, Saguenay rows around with two draws, but at least it gets her on par with Nagato. And Nevada? Nevada makes Saguenay and Nagato THE table bottom by ceasing to exist.
  20. Schau an, schau an, schau an. So 5-9 Millionen. In diesem Sinne: frohen Kampf, euer Heinrich.
  21. Hm, I thought I had shared it already. Poem after limping Joes infamous Sportpalast speech about total war. "Lieber Tommy fliege weiter, hier gibt's nur brave Ruhrarbeiter. Fliege weiter nach Berlin, dort haben alle 'Heil' geschrie'n." "Dear Tommy fly on, just some modest* Ruhr workers live here. Fly on towards Berlin, they all screamed 'Heil' there." *some liberation in translation to get the meaning across.
  22. So here we go again. And while some will stop competing today or very soon, others are just getting started. Direct matches: INPF1: And so we follow Conte and Spee on their journey to get past Chiyoda and Belfast. And it looks swell for Conte. Another matchday another win and she gets past Chiyoda. And whooping 12 matches to go to get to Belfast. But for now she gets surpassed by Spee with her perfect 9/9 matchday. She too can put herself in front. In the pursuers group things don't go as smoothly for the Soviet ladies. Both score a win but also a draw and Moskva even loses one match. Still better than Verdun who lets her season fizzle out with 1/9 points and only one match to go. Tenryuu uses this weakness and gets past Verdunwith two wins and the Soviet sister have to watch out now not to be overturned on the last few meters. In the lower midfield, the task of cracking the LMP/Hood equator is on. And Algerie trips and entangled between the two as she only gets one point this time. Lady Lex on the other hand makes a nice 5pointer matchday and gets herself into position to get through the divide before Algerie maybe? Wichita gets 4 points, but for now it gets her nowhere, but away from the bottom a bit. Arizonas matches all got delayed for now because of the pandemic. She cought the virus, we all wish her well. Kongou marks her 50% mark with a win and a loss, putting her in front of Arizona. Augustas trip to Costa Rica pays off, but then she draws back home. But 7 points is enough to close the gap again between Wichita and the bottom 7, recreating a lower midfield. And what is up with Kumano?? Since her break is over she keeps winning...... unlike her lackluster perfomance prior. Perth on the other hand mediocres around in the relegation zone with 1/9 points. Sad 50% memory. And the last of the Belles clocks in to the league! Houston makes 2 points in 2 matches. Better than Perth, but some room for improvement. Salt Lake City meanwhile takes a break. For no obvious reason. INPF 2: Okay. P-K had a shit matchday with Lyon. She lost to both Lyon teams in seperate tournaments. So best to not do anything which reminds her of Lyon for a while. In her last match she scores her last point and such, Lyon destroyed her hope for the top. But not necessarily her hope for promotion. What ever will be the end, she's done for this season. Scharnhorst has it even worse. She had two "safe" matches and a tough one. She blew all three and is done. I can only imagine the party, My girl Kitakami adds insult to injury for Scharnhorst and also ends Canarias promotion hopes instead of Schranhorst with a single win. Banzai! Pola loses the steamy furor from last time and only limps into port with 3/6 points, but still ahead of Takao and much further up than anyone would've guessed after her 3x0 start into the season. Gneisenau finishes the season with her 4th win in a row and ahead of Kaga, who was at the top for quite some time. Nürnberg prepares for her season finale with a nice 4 points matchday. Also surpassing Kaga and with theoretical potential to jump on par with Canarias. Some Walküren had something in their tea for the season finale! Bearn does the same, but she is done now for the season. But Köln blows her last matches as well and can not threaten her even theoretically. Which makes for first league ranking (see rules at the top) in INPF history as she is even with Dunkerque. But German 1st division is certainly tougher than French 2nd, so Köln stays ahead of Dunkerque. Aoba bags in 6/6 points and sacks Nagato with this. Getting ready to snack Köln and Dunkeque next. With 5 matches left, she could -in theory- even get past Kitakami. That's how tight INPF 2 is this season! Navada only joins on Mayday, but Sanguenay reenters by the team from Toronto, asserting dominance inCanada, I guess. Overall she comes back with a solid 6/9 matchday, leaving Navada to keep up and keeping touch with Aoba.
  23. PSA (Personal Support Announcment): since i just found out, my home club (without any Walküre....yet) has a partnership with Iwate Grulla Morioka, I feel obliged to declare for Kitakami! Kitakami, banzai! Banzai! Banzai! Direct Matches: Tenryuu 1-2 Nagato Arizona 0-4 Wichita INPF 1: Chiyoda concludes her season with 4 points from her last two matches, bringing her up to 68 total. With Conte only gaining 3 points from her single match and Admiral Graf Spee getting only 2 points out of two matches, Chiyoda is 2nd for now, but probably not for long. Also AGS basically shot herself out of the title race, now needing 17/21 points. And she stumbles too often for that. Leaving the top group, Moskva and Leni follow the leading group with a win each. Verdun and Tenryuu keep in touch with both by making also 3 points each. La Motte-Picquet ends her season with a draw and right in front of Hood. Algerié misses her chance of overtaking both, by scoring just enough points to get right behind Hood. The USN Belles rejoin the fray, with their pre-season friendlies. the proper season starts later this month, but I always count friendlies, so I can start with them as well now. Less number malarkey later. So, Lady Lex and Wichita and have a mixed pre- season, with 4/9 points so far, but at least better than Arizona who loses to the US Witch and has only 3 points to show for from 4 matches. Kongou is next in line and also back with her team. She blows the start a bit with 2/6 points to the table. So any change on the table now relies completely in the bottom 5 Belles. And Kumano delivers with a perfect matchday (and 9-0 goals!), while Perth only gets 3/6 points, so she gets overtaken. Not to be a bore, Augusta even surpasses that and returns to the fight with a 10/12 points matchday, even immediately linking up to Kongou. Now with the bottom two, there is a twist. Because why not US Soccer? Why not? Houston will only join us next time since the NWSL starts its challenge cup on April 9th, ends it on May 8 and then starts its season..... So Houston will end up with no complete season. Salt Lake City has the problem of no team anymore. At least not a female one. It simply disappeared, because in the US you can sell teams. And here comes the kicker: it got sold to Kansas City. So starting next week, Wichita will switch from Kansas men, to Kansas women team. Which reintroduces SL City to her mens team again. Which had one match, which was won. so the bottom two stay the bottom two. For now. INPF 2: As last active Belle of the current top 3, Parishkaya Kommuna gives the matchday a bumpy start with only 2 points out of three matches. Almost blowing her chances of winning the second division entirely. To win it she will now have to win all three of her remaining matches. Scharnhorst also only draws, probably blowing her promotion. Still, one lucky punch and she's in and also has three chances left for it. If it were not for Kitakami sneaking up on her with a solid 4/6 matchday. And two more matches on the tab. Pola makes a nice 3/6 matchday, surpassing Kaga, but with only two matches left in any case too late for the promotion race. Gneisenau also saves her honour by winning again. Next match will be her last. She also distances Bearn with finish line in sight, since Bearn only gets 1 point today and has two matches left. Nürnberg seizes her chance and overtakes Bearn with a win, while Köln is back at losing. Nevada will join us at the end of the month again and Saguenay next time. Aoba uses this to finally overtake them with a win in two matches.
  24. It's an international break, so ALL leagues are pretty much suspended. So let's give you this.
  25. The hunt ducks with a baseball.... by throwing it at each other head? (Ente, fang! Ente!) Also: Sing.: Cactus, cacti, cacto, cactum, cacto, cacte Plu.: Cacti, Cactorum, Cactis, Cactos, Cactis, Cacti You're welcome.
