Patch 10a Hotfix has been released, and can be found here:

Note: This hotfix is intended to help Players using XP and Vista have access to the most correct game display information. It is not recommended for general use.

Instructions: Copy all files and place into your Academagia install folder (same folder as Academagia.exe). Please overwrite all files.

This Patch covers these issues:

1) Attribute and Skill tooltips function correctly again.

2) You may now move more than 1 Item from a Location into your Inventory.

3) 'Refresh' Issue on XP and Vista corrected.

4) Hotkeys.txt now summarizes all Hotkeys.

Consolidated Patch 10 has been released, and can be found here:

Instructions: Copy all files and place into your Academagia install folder (same folder as Academagia.exe). For example: C:\Program Files\Academagia\Mods\Content.mdm (Please overwrite all files.)

Important: You must begin a new game in order to make use of the Content Patch/DLC. When you begin a new game, simply check 'Content Package 2' under mods, and proceed.

Before you Install: Patch 10 does not require you to create a new game, but if you wish to have certain fixes, you will need to create a new one. This Patch is cumulative with all previous Patches.

This Patch adds these features:

1) Save Slots now have a graphical implementation and roll over text.

2) The UI has been optimized for higher speed.

...as well as corrects these issues:

1) A typo in Character Creation has been corrected.

2) Familiar Skills now show Skill Steps needed according to the Familiar, not the Player.

Where is the graphical representation of save slots? Can't find 'em. Also, it seems that the hotkeys haven't been swapped :-P.

Also, currently the only way of knowing the hotkey is the patch release notes, which are not included in the latest patch. How about finally updating the game manual or including the hotkey info somewhere in the game itself?

Sticking the "Hotkeys.txt" file into the next hotfix\patch would do as well, though :).

Elwin;

The hotkeys haven't been switched yet (I think for Patch 11), but your suggestion for a text file is a smart one. I think we'll do it. :)

The Save Slots appear on the Confirmation Window- a set of 5 rings which change color similar to the ones attached to the Clock when you load a Slot. By hovering your mouse over them, you can see what is saved into that Slot.

Thanks!

Same here for me, menu button just lights up when you hover over it and nothing else happens nor can i see a save option.

BTW. What's the hotkey for save for that matter?

Shinobi;

Assuming that you are hovering over the discs which are a part of the left hand boundary of the Action Confirmation Window, and not the ones at the top right, which are a part of the Clock, you'll need to first load them. You can do this by setting the Actions you want to save, and then pressing the little arrow right next to the disc you want to save the Actions in.

As for the hotkeys, F1-F5 save, and CTRL+F1-F5 replaces.
