However, the team seems to be treating the material for writing as if they were located at Bletchley Park in WWII. It makes coming up with stuff somewhat... challenging. Schwarzbart Posted June 1, 2014 Report Share Posted June 1, 2014 Is it possible for a ability in year to have something like this: Its only Visible if Flag 0 is set If called remove 10 pims and do: If Flag 2 = False and Flag 1 = True then set Flag 2 If Flag 1 = False Then set Flag 1 If Flag 2 = True then expand Random Economic Max; Remove Flag 1 & Flag 2 also would it expand the Random Economic on the second call or the 3th? So yes its better then Weaselword + Favor but its more limited in the result and it also cost extra money in study material each visit. Are there any islands that have holes in them large enough to see Cyve underneath?5. I actually have an idea for a Y2 transfer student. Not concrete yet, but If I start writing something after Pebbles... all of these following questions are related to that concept. A. Does Elumia have any traditions on name changing, (particularly name shortening) say to try to cut with their past?B. And how good would you have to be in Revision to have a single well-practiced form changing revision spell last for a duration of at least a week? (nothing too outlandish, the person would still be human)C. Regarding the Chameil School, I want to gauge how good with Revision a graduate may be. I assume if the player went there, it was not for long? D. What are the Academagia's rules on Name Registration? I assume the Legal name of a student would be used particularly if it were a powerful family name. I don't remember. 3.Family: The Secret Heritage and Prodigy: Secrets and Silence both concern the forbidden pillars. Neither mentioned the PC's family being caught, however. Maybe History: Descended of Traitors? Like, they "betrayed" the ban and did Evil stuff with it? 5a. With names ranging from Antonio de Reyez e Irizarry-Vargas to Sima Venesico, how could we even tell? 5c. Gameplay mechanic wise it's easily possible for the school to be a better teacher than Lisle Aventyrare, if only because they don't have to deal with five other classes. Story-wise, seeing as how the Academagia is supposed to be this awesome school for awesome people, I'd say Chameil's education is markedly second to the Academagia's. How well a graduate would be, though? No clue. And it's more than likely the PC didn't attend for long - Revision is keyed to Intelligence, so there's little point in teaching Revision to a four-year-old. Besides which, do you really want a four-year-old walking around casting spell, poorly? 5d. I highly doubt a student could use anything but their actual name, no matter how much they hated it. Questions of my own: 6. Does Y2 allow for items to cost more than 999 Pims? 7. What would a wand with +1 Finesse, +1 Patrol and all it's subskill, Movement Affinity cost? isadorbg Posted June 3, 2014 Report Share Posted June 3, 2014 C) I remember an old question asking on the level of the background school in regard of the Academagia and for what I remember they have a good level altough having to focus on one subject for more than five years compensate a bit the huge ressources of the Academagia wich i believe is a greater bonus than the quality of the professors (tough it doesn't hurt ). Maybe top Academagia students will be ahead but i think that for the rest it will be roughly the same level a bit like in real life. The big thing about the Academagia is the huge amount of study available without wich our friend free would be very sad . And because of that i totaly believe that even if the school doesn't necessarily make you a better specialist it totally makes you a better mage. Some shops should even have a different price then other shops especial when you spend your summer holiday outside of Mineta. 7) There will be most likely a rework on the prices for year 2 because crafting should become a more interesting game feature.
