In the newest patch (17), the description for the clique ability of Milena Montors says that it will expand your choice of (informed) skill by +1 skill step. I thought I had seen/heard that it's suppose to be +3. So after searching the forum, I found several threads that say +3, but there was one that said it was original +1 and then changed to +3.
