Edit: Remember that the Plant needed is Rare and the other materials are also not the cheapest. The book can't be legendary because its "just" a work copy and there is a other copy of this recipe in the Venalicium and maybe at some other places. Ohh and it isn't one of the more powerfull forumlas as it only can used for a vew years and have to used in this time every 3 months or so.
