Stressed Out Steam Achievement

I don't know if this is exactly the right subforum to post this so if it isn't, it's fine to move it. I saw the news a while back about the stress and wits block achievements on Steam having been fixed. Now I haven't tried the wits block achievements yet but I did try the stress block achievement (specifically, the Stressed Out achievement where you obtain perfect stress scores). Now I did obtain all perfect stress scores and the game has been updated on my comp but this achievement still didn't unlock. :/
