Well, technically yes, but the Sparviero wouldn't have been a full-fledged fleet carrier even if she had been completed; it would have been something like a big escort carrier. I doubt it could even be a CVL. 20 knots of max speed, a short flight deck, only 34 fighters or 16 fighters and 9 bombers or torpedo-bombers to carry. To me it looks more like a big escort carrier. What's the count atm for the interview? Last I checked it was top left (Surcouf) that was in the lead. I know they probably take longer to make, what with using archival footage and getting them chibi-fied, but will there be another video interview sometime soon? One thing that confused me with the Kantai collection is how you needed to send warships off to gather supplies. I understand escort duty but it seemed a bit unnecessary to me. So a sort of resource per minute type system where the more bases you control and stronger your faction/nation is, the more resources you gain? I know you guys have a lot of material and ships to work with but would it make sense for a "new" Bell to show up. One thats based solely in the Bell universe.
