Maybe a km or two? Been asked about 3 times before, it's roughly 10 meters or so. I.e. To the end of the pier. But: follow up question: can a stronger belle manifest farther from her ship? I just ask because the Soviets didn't really improve their arsenal that much (due to naval cutbacks due to Stalin) till around the late 1940s to 1950s. Belles can walk around 10 yards or about 9 meters from their hulls. Distance to expand possibly in later iterations of the game, BUT FIRST, '39!
