freespace2dotcom 1,029 Report post Posted June 10, 2016 My favorite Battleship is USS Missouri. As one of the Iowa class ships, One doesn't need to say much about specifics. I took a couple tours of her, and learned a lot about her history. Interesting tidbits like how her modernization during the 80's prevents her from being listed on the registry for historic places. And how during the signing of the Surrender document at Tokyo, the Canadian Representative screwed up and signed in the wrong place.
