CremePudding
CremePudding is back? Prepare the wards, you will not escape again! And you are too late! I already suggested DLC 15 to be Horror and Romance combined! Mwahaha! *Ahem* Anyway, dental hygiene. Do they have tooth-brushes and toothpaste yet? All the wards you know are suggested by me
Adrian
But all your wards are belong to me! Sorry, I couldn't help it.
BeautyPoo
How is Academagia viewed by other schools?Any particular rival schools actually?>
Schwarzbart
There is one real rival school who also teach the full spectrum of magic and there is even a adventure in the game where you can see some kind of school/school rival action. The other magic academies focus mostly on just one path of magic.
Legate of Mineta
Also, that rival school is just starting out, and is somewhat experimental. Due to the political climate, it's somewhat distrusted by most people in Elumia as well.

Right, let's go take a Mastery-and-Glamour-Fueled stroll and instigate a riot there May I know which adventure details that? I'd love to see something about it. Schwarzbart
Will we see more forbidden skills in the next years or will it keep just to the 2 forbidden magic, Anatomy and Forgery? Or have I even missed one that is alread in year 1?
Legate of Mineta
Yes, you will see a few more. And there are some other (generally) forbidden Skills in Year 1.
Leoshi
Forbidden skill suggestion: Non-magical hypnosis. And since what other question was drowned out by Pudding's (Hah!) return, have toothbrushes and toothpaste been invented yet? I remember one event where Philippe went to the dentist, so I assume he must have eaten too much candy he bullied from others and never brush his teeth. What is the penalty if a couple of first years are caught dating anyway? I can only imagine a detention and lecture. Also why is the rival school in the adventure a gymnasium? That's an odd for a magic school.
Schwarzbart
Ups thats the only I could come up right now. Maybe this player need to take some classes in Law to come up with the other one ^^.
Legate of Mineta
Leoshi; Toothbrushes (of a sort) have been invented, but not toothpaste, per se. The penalty for dating is Detention and lectures, yes. It gets more severe, however, if it persists. As for the gymnasium- hey, even Students of Magic need to have their health! MadHatt
I imagine that in place of toothpaste there's some sort of powder? Salt or baking soda, clay, ground cloves or cinnamon? It's still being used today, I think. Does the PC get any special benefits or anything close from being a member of a club outside of school? Like, say, the Elemental Warriors getting pulled out of, say, detention or other projects to fight pirates or the Captain needing you and allowing you to skip a class or two? Because otherwise, it's going to be a very busy Year Two.
Schwarzbart
Is Salt all that common? Because there is no Saltwater I doubt there are many sources of salt in all the isles.
CremePudding
Maybe possibly magical mouthwash! Negate the plague!
Legate of Mineta
Mad Hatt; No, not really- you can expect it to be a pretty busy Year 2. You are right- powders such as the kind you mention (along with other abrasives, including sand and charcoal) are sometimes used to polish and clean. Schwarzbart; It's about as common as it was in the equivalent period in Europe, due to marshes and mining. So, that is to say, not very common, no. Pudding; There are indeed Spells and potions to improve dental hygiene.
Schwarzbart
I think salt is even a bit more rare then in Europe because at this time oceanwater was vaporised to get Salt and this then even was exported from the coastreagions to the inland regions. Legate of Mineta
Yeah, I believe it was a luxury commodity.
Schwarzbart
Will the Tower of the Cold Forge find a continue in year 2 or have it ended trough the rewrite? Also what happen to Chars wo played the old version when they import them to year 2?
Legate of Mineta
It will continue, I believe. I'm not sure about the latter case, but my guess is that you will begin as though you had completed the latest version. Not 100%, though! Adrian
Pievre seems, I am hesitant to say 'more advanced' than the rest of Elumia, but has a different attitude on the world, unless I am mistaken. I was wondering, how do most of the world see Pievre? And just as important, how does Pievre see the world? Their equal? Uncivilized? Backwaterish? Do people move or go to study in Pievre or are they a bit too heretical in their world view?
Legate of Mineta
Pievre is viewed with fear and distrust, and is the subject and the originator of many plots. Three wars have already been fought over its independence, and it has prevailed in each of them. It's revolutionary philosophies are said to spread amongst the lower and middle classes, which prompts greater concern and repression from the potentates of many lands, especially Breuil. Pievre is not more advanced, but its rulers certainly have a different outlook on the world, as you noted.
Schwarzbart
Will ther more about Politics in the next years? Because so fare there is not much what have catched my eyes in year 1.
Legate of Mineta
Kind of- you'll be getting a little more outside influence in Year 2, but Politics and such won't really come into play until Year 3-4.
Schwarzbart
Is the Sphinx Adventure planed to be released with DLC 15? If so will it have some Research skill / subskill requirement to start? I ask this because I whant to play a char once who ignore Research what became a good posibility with the Test Taking SS if it wasn't for the Sphinx what is simply to good to miss. But I also ask because if you remove it from the Library Knowledge then something need to be placed there (but I prefer just to have some new Lore there then because even without the Sphinx its one of the more powerfull SS) Will there be some Problems with year 2 if I make a personal mod that replace the Effect "Reference - Exotic Familiar" in "Familiar Bond: Exotic" with a fixed Exotic Familiar? Ohh and how is the secret project comming along? Will have Study some kind of effect on the Study level in year 2 beside the things unlocked in year 1? I ask this because we now have many abilitys that give temporary study level but even just taking into account the benifits of having them at 10 its probably not wort it to not push them all to level 10 and if then in year 2 some other things get also based on the Study level (even if "just" the exam) then there is no way one can ignore it to push them to 10.
