Conrad
When you get a stat raise, you need less skill steps to raise a subskill. sometimes you already have one or more skill steps in a subskill, building towards the tip over point; What happens when you - because raising the stat lowered the number of steps you needed - you suddenly have enough for an increase in a sub skill? Does the game check all subskills and skill steps when you raise a stat and automatically adjusts the levels or do you still need to train the skill to raise a level? I think it's the latter. I've spotted subskills that said 1 out of 1 step needed, after a stat raise.
Harlander
Similarly, I've had skills that show "0 out of 0 needed" after using Specific Focus to reduce the skill gain factor, or whatever it's called
Legate of Mineta
Conrad and Harlander; Whenever you reduce the number of Skill Steps needed, it makes it easier for you to raise the Skill Level. If the Skill in question already has enough Skill Steps to raise, it will not increment until you Train it, unfortunately- it's a limitation of the engine. Thanks!
