sambrookjm Posted September 11, 2011 Report Share Posted September 11, 2011 My character is going nuts with the Curious Eagle spell (hooray for non-harmful Gates spells! :-) One of the many castings of the spell found The Circle of Broken Stones, which allowed my character to research Gates Phemes. After Researching that up to 10, I could raise my Gates Phemes skill up to 11. Upon raising that spell to 11, I was informed of...The Circle of Broken Stones. This seems to be a bit of a Catch-22 here. If you need to get that location to get your Gates Phemes skill up to 11, then why aren't you informed of that location until that skill is at 11?
