I.e. Question Reality sound pretty much useless as it is written in the wiki even for what we know about Y2. There 2 way I think it could interesting 1: it ignores or raises SS max for the raised random SS 2: instead of a complete random SS it allows the char to select the Skill where the random SS is increase. 2 make it pretty much player only while 1 could be funny but might need extra balancing.
