Bond of Iron Trained trought Library of Longshade

I trought Bond of Iron sould Be Familiar only! But today (Pure Patch 2 Game) I got a Increase in Bond of Iron as the Random Skill from Study at the Library of Longshade.

The Familiar Bond didnt increase so it must be the Character who gained this!

 

I make a save from this in chase you whant it for bug fixing.
