I am studying the Blackmail - Memorization skill

At level 2 I get the Reminder Sheet message, no description on what it is (Lore, Ability, Action, Spell, Pheme)

At level 7 I get the Cheat Sheet message, same thing.

Thanks! These two have been reported, but it's the result of the fact that you are being Informed of an Item, without actually having the Item itself. We'll look into how to correct this.

Meaning I should be getting two items at those two skill levels?

No, at these two levels you are getting the 'Recipe' as it were for those two Items. The problem is that Information in isolation is not tracked unless you have the Item in question.

 

We'll see what we can do to correct this.

Is this the same reason why the "caramel chews" merit prize seems to do nothing? You get the recipe, but not the candy?

To clarify, you mean there is no description of the Item when you click on the link in Feedback?

I mean that I learned the skill to the mentioned level. Then it reports something like "You have learned about Monteon Steel".

Clicking on the link does not give me more information on what Monteon Steel is.

 

Just noticed that if I look at my recipes, then it DOES show Monteon Steel, with a full description when I click on it.

Yes, sometimes the Recipe does show. It's a disconcerting bug. I think it will be quashed in Patch 4.
