Lost the action to consult the Artifact Registry

Somehow i have lost the action to consult the artifact registry. This action is important to identifying all those knickknacks that we pick up and get into trouble for carrying. personally i think we should start the game with it, but somehow i have lost it.

Trial and Error can do the identifying, but you should set it at The athletic fields.

 

There's a spell to do that too, but I dont remember which.

I found at last 2 spells that can do it in my last game one of them is Beginner's Delving the other is Reverse Engineer.

Consult the Artifact Registry can be unlocked by Study Habits 2 (School Survival)

 

Or did you have it unlocked but now cannot do it?

Is it perhaps one of those things where you can only check it X many times within a given period of time?

I have had it for some time. I went shoping so it may be i spent all my money. i am showing 26 pims now and it is back, so that was probably it. Thanks

yes you need at last 10 pims so you can pay for it.
