Why can't I do freshly-explored actions?

Ok, one more question and then I will stop bethering you. The issue is, that I've discovered a new ability: Study at Esteban's school of Incantation, to be precise. And I have it on my list of abilities (the one on the left), but when I want to actually do that, there is no such option to choose from. It is weird, baceause it is not a passive ability (or maybe I got something totally wrong). And it is not a first ability that I can't do without any visible reason. Why is that?

I just happen to know that the tuition money is about 900 pims to gain entrance to the school.

You need to pay that for the first time and then you can go there and study. It really is a great Location to study Incantation btw

And to pay the money I believe you have to visit there while doing something else. (ie put it in the prep spot) then it will add the "paid" flag to you and you'll have the Study at Esteban's school of Incantation available.

So you can't employ it in the Action part, but only as the place you start the action from? Because that sounds a bit counter-intuitive--assuming I understand you correctly.
