I first researched Negation Methods, to find out I get an increase to my Skill Maximum.

Making use of that for the wiki, I decide to map out the whole Negation Methods skill.

At level 11 I get "You learned about Mastery"

 

Yet no Mastery Skill, Research Topic or anything shows up after that.

Ah, thanks! This will be corrected in DLC 1- it's not informing you about the correct Sub-Skill.

Just adding something else.

I'm training Oratory up to level 11 (which is a pretty long haul, considering I cheated and put my attributes all at 8 for the information gathering, and still need 3 skill steps per levelup...)

But at level 10, it says I reached the skill maximum. (Which I haven't due to Research in that topic)

Keeping on training it does improve it to level 11.

There is a known issue with Skill Maximums not correctly telling you the number of Skill Steps necessary to advance. I *think* that will be solved in Patch 5.

 

I don't know that Attributes have a maximum value- maybe 99?

I have reached 9 points in previous playthroughs normally, so knew that would not break it.

Attribute max is 100, but I doubt you could come anywhere close without cheating
