As a new storyteller or even player in this system I would go for this complete bundle. and https://bundleofholding.com/presents/ArM5WizardsPower The Realm of Power books add extra deep to the game but in the same turn make it much more complicated, the 3 Tribunal books are a nice to have for the storyteller but given that the first bundle already have a Tribunal book its more to cover the differences of the regions in Europe.
