Meek Ability Failed

The Meek ability, obtained for having Temperance 10, doesn't seem to work. It has failed every time I've tried it with the only character I've ever had who obtained the ability. Vena Lasvic, with Charm 7 and Temperance 10+2, cannot successfully use this ability.

 

Meek lists no roll and is color-coded as green (auto-success) on the abilities list. There are 5 NPCs who dislike my character. Eduard Solov'ev, Aveline Cincebeaux, Vincent Warrander, Cante Caviti, and Casper Pfeuffer. They have -3, -2, -2, -2, and -2 respectively.

I see the issue- Meek targets 'Low Relationship', which means -5 or worse. We'll make that explicit in the Description- thanks!
