richruzz
I just bought the game and was wondering if I installed the newest patch which I believe was 26 and it was the consolidated one if it came with all the DLC packs. Starting up the game it only gives me the option to check what look like DLC 5 but nothing else, is the DLC retroactive that if you check the newest one the previous come with? I am very confused so far and don't want to start playing farther until I make sure I have the extra content. (I am having an awesome time so far but didn't play much yet due to this reason, not many games are like this these days and the feeling of freedom and customization I get)
ricorp
From Consolidated Patch 26 notes: This Patch is cumulative, and contains all previous Content Patches, Code Patches and DLC. The answer is YES.
richruzz
My question being though should DLC 1-4 appear also? Or only the latest to check which was confusing me. So if I check the latest which is DLC 5(the only one that shows) all the others previous to that would be along with it?
Legate of Mineta
richruzz; That's correct- for reasons of convenience, the latest DLC always has all previous content and fixes. Have fun!
richruzz
Thanks appreciate the quick response and can't wait for more updates! Going to start playing now but I think I need to go find a tutorial first to get my bearings. (Hopefully without spoilers on how things work)
