Unable to continue from demo save

I bought the full game after playing the demo. When loading my demo save in the full game, right after I take the first action in Egypt, I get this exception:

 

 

I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

Ah, thanks! Well, I started a new game, and it works out because I understand the game much better this time around anyway, ha. I'm really loving the game and I'm sure I'll probably be replaying it a few times anyway to pick up the alternate endings.
