Churchboy666 Posted February 26, 2014 Report Share Posted February 26, 2014 My Theory Of Incantation skill maximum is 12, but it says Skill Level at Maximum even though I'm only at 10. In those situations it may seem higher than it is. Just on the face of it, though, this sounds like a bug- are you fully patched to the latest? Let us know, and thanks!
