Saluki Posted January 22, 2019 Report Share Posted January 22, 2019 I have Imperial Decree #37-01 Unlawful Taking of a Life. For the life of me I can not figure out how to use it. Metis Posted January 22, 2019 Report Share Posted January 22, 2019 Seems like it's one of (many) items that requires an inventory slot which doesn't actually exist. That could be fixed by changing it's type to Scroll/Document, but I can't say for sure whether there'll be another content patch at this point. And whether it'll be included, if there is.
