Does Black Chicken Studios use any type of personality categorization tool when devising characters or factions?

I was inspired to ask this by an online discussion about how charcters in another game can be mapped into the Myers Briggs Personality test, and I have had great fun helping my father to map the Academagia's 9 Colleges into the 9 categories of the Enneagram, so I wonder whether the game's developers do similar things.

Well, I have already expressed interest in the archives' words about the gorilla familiar and his mage. Would payment help? I feel so sad about not buying a victory belles book from the studio.
