Question About Character Relationships

How can the player determine the relationships between two characters? must one become informed of the characters?

You can use Gossip to check inter-NPC student relationships, and yes, that requires you to be Informed of one of the two students.

I used gossip successfully with two students, both of whom my character was informed of, but still cannot see their relationship to each other. How do I do this?

when selecting the second student in gossip you should see the relationship the first one have with the NPCs you can select.

If you're Informed of the first student you select than when selecting the second student it'll list the first student's relationship with whatever student in the selection list you look up.
