Käpt'n Korky
Most honorable Legate, since they put every betatest up to a vote, a question crossed my mind. Will a majority or a unanimous vote be needed to hoist the anchor for the game? I wasn't able to find something about it anywhere.
Metis
IIRC, unanimous, stated in one of the Kickstarter interviews. Couldn't tell you exactly which one, though.
freespace2dotcom
That doesn't surprise me. It's less of a democratic vote, and more of a checklist 'is it satisfactory' vote.
Legate of Mineta
Unanimous is correct, as it is based on a checklist.
Prudii
Honestly I prefer delays to crunch time released games that are broken and/or unfinished. It'll be done when it's done.
DrYuriMom
As a Kickstarter donor with something along the lines of a house payment caught up in this thing, I am totally comfortable with the delays. Take as long as you need to do this right. It's clear from the weekly reports and interviews that we'll get something out of this - something awesome as far as I can tell. You only get one chance to make a good impression! :-)
Gerrion
Honestly I prefer delays to crunch time released games that are broken and/or unfinished. It'll be done when it's done. I second this. Though i'm not against the ocasional use of crunch time when both developers and directors are in a friendly agreement about it.
Dano
Having finished Mass Effect Andromeda recently, I wholeheartedly agree with waiting until the game is done instead of releasing a buggy mess of a game.
