AuraForte
Ninjapacman; Belles can appear as they wish, so changing clothes is more a matter of taking the time to manifest the look (usually disappearing and then reappearing, as you suggest). They can wear human clothing, but if they disapparate it will be like Obi-Wan on the Death Star. about this topic does this mean that somehow, sometime in the future the Belle's will have Event/Alternate dresses? Metis
The better question is: If there aren't going to be alternative costumes, what's going to happen to the artist when he runs out of work to do? Therefore, there shall be alternative costumes.

Legate of Mineta
Free; Although their appearance will vary as we go along, they probably won't receive alternate costumes in terms of how you're thinking about the Belles. Fifrein
But Avarice in a red dress for Christmas will most certainly not be frowned upon.

Legate of Mineta
Metis; No, I meant that they aren't selectable or anything. They are different classes of that foe, in a way. Fifrein; Avarice for Christmas? She approves, I'm sure.
Panay's Ghost
But Avarice in a red dress for Christmas will most certainly not be frowned upon. I am reminded of the immortal words of Weird Al Yankovic: You might hear some reindeer on your rooftop Or Jack Frost on your windowsill, But if someone's climbin' down your chimney You better load your gun and shoot to kill ( From Christmas at Ground Zero ) So...palette swaps? That sounds more like a job for a Fan-artist with Photoshop. Sadly, I don't have a red cape in my closet. Sorry.
zhao-zhanghua
Could destroyers reload their torpedoes in 39‘? I don’t think they can launch torpedoes again and again like in World of Warships, and how it would work in game?
Legate of Mineta
z-z; While all ships can reload out of combat, only the Japanese (I believe) invested in any kind of 'quick' reload system...and it wasn't that quick in the scale of Victory Belles combat. So, at least in '39 it's not modeled.

Legate of Mineta
v_L; But I think it had to be done out of combat, no? In any event, my understanding is that all Belles have only one shot with their Torpedoes, no reloads.

Legate of Mineta
v_L; Same number- but that governs when a Torpedo launched, not the number of attacks. Actually, of interest is that Surprise Phase, at any range, can have a Torpedo attack...if your Flag Command wants the extremely low odds of a beyond the earth's curvature Long Lance attack. Hits the North Pacific Current, hangs a right at Puget Sound, right again at Baja Califirnia, comes in hot from behind...nothing but net. PizzaRocket
Maybe the Germans could pull that off later in the war, what with their investments in rocket technology

Alan Day
Well,I have a question which is more about navy acadmics. As we konw, there are two kinds of battleship armor designs,"Incremental Armor" and "All-or-Nothing Armor".The former is good for defending ships from heavy AP shells,The latter is good for defending small to medium shells.Whether or not these characteristic will be realized in combat?
Legate of Mineta
Alan; Yes- as you may know, we use Nathan Okun's penetration formulae, so armor thickness, and the ability of different shells to penetrate them, is a critical factor. Procyon
Question: When the game comes out, do you intend to run it long-term...like other apps? In other words, do you guys want to run it forever (like Kancolle)...or have a definite end to the game? Also, will you have a dedicated staff to man the game once it comes out to tweak and update it?
